2 cups peeled, pitted and sliced fresh Washington peaches
2 tablespoons seeded and minced jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Directions
Sauté peaches and jalapeño pepper in butter. Add sugar and cinnamon; sauté 1 minute longer. Top with a scoop of ice cream
